Types Of Visas:

UK tourist Visa:

UK tourist visa, also known asStandard Tourist Visa,is designed for those who are eager to make a trip to the country for a short period of time i.e. maximum six months for holiday, Recreation to meet a family or a friend.

UK Business Visa :

Intend to visit United Kingdom to conduct business or commercial activities like meetings, conferences, training, workshops and seminars. With this visa, you can visit Egypt to attend business meetings, exhibitions and conferences, business meetings for a branch of your own company or a sister company, or attend client meetings and other business errands.

Who Can Apply :

Tourist Stream :

Travelers who wish to travel UK for sightseeing, excursions, recreation, visit relatives can apply as a tourist.Generally, you can stay in the UK for up to six months as a standard visitor. You might be able to apply for a longer stay under certain circumstances. A long-term visit visa (multiple entry) visa for the UK allows multiple visits of up to six months at a time across a period of two years, five years, or ten years.

Business Stream :

if you have been invited to a business conference or to attend a seminar or client meetings and received an Invitation letter from company eligible for UK  Business Visa.

When can Apply:

Tourist Stream:

Indian national holding a valid Indian passport can apply for UK Visit Visa. Person wishes to travel to United Kingdom for the purpose of tourism /visit family & friends can apply UK tourist visa.Generally applicants can apply 06 months before from their departure date.

Business Stream:

if you have been invited to a business conference or to attend a seminar or client meetings and received an Invitation letter from company eligible for UK Business Visa. applicants can apply 06 months before from their departure date.

UK VISA REQUIREMENTS  TOURIST/FAMILY VISIT

UK Embassy required personal appearance for all applicants for the purpose of scanning of fingerprints and digital photographs and documents scanning at the time of submission.

1. Online visa application form.
2. Cover letter on letterhead stating purpose of visit and duration of stay.
3. 02 Photographs. 35 mm x 45 mm, 70 to 80 % face, white background contrast color cloth.
4. Passport valid at least 06 months from date of travel and at least 02 blank pages (back to back) and old passport if any.
5. Covering letter on letter head for purpose of visit and duration of stay.
6. Accommodation details entire period of stay.
7. Updated personal bank statement for last 06 month with healthy balance with bank seal and stamp.(Original and Xerox).
8. IT returns last 03 years (Original and Xerox).
9. Property papers,LIC,Fixed deposits, Stock and Shares if possible.
10. NOC letter from spouse, along with Govt.Id proof (If applicant traveling alone)
11. Marriage Certificate copy.
12. Covid-19 vaccination certificate if any.
13. Sponsor Documents:

1. Letter of sponsorship with full details
2. Relationship proof with applicant
3. Required sponsor bank statement (06 month) and Tax papers.
4. Invitee passport copy and Address proof.

14. If Employed:

1. Letter from employer stating no. objection to travel to UK
2. Salary Slip last 06 month.
3. Salary bank statement last 06 month with bank seal and stamp.
4. Appointment letter copy for New joining.

If Self Employed-

1. Business Trade License and GST Certificate and Company updated bank statement for last 06 months.
2. Company IT returns for last 03 years (Original and Xerox).

15. If retired- Retirement proof and pension statement.
16. If Visit Relatives/Friends

Letter of sponsorship from invitees with full details of sponsor finance, status in UK and relationship with applicant also required sponsor bank statements and IT returns, passport and Visa copy and Address proof .

UK BUSINESS VISA REQUIREMENTS

1. Passport valid lat least 06 months from the date of travel minimum 02 blank pages with back to back ( attached old passport if any).
2. Online visa application form.
3. Covering letter on Business letter head mention with all details.
4. 02 Photographs. 35 mm x 45 mm, 70 to 80 % face, white background contrast color cloth.
5. Company bank statement for last 06 months and Company IT returns last 03 years.
6. Company incorporation certificate copy/ Memorandum of Articles/ GST certificate.
7. Invitation letter from UK Company on company letterhead.
8. Personal ITR for last 03 months.
9. Personal Bank statement for last 06 months.
10. Accommodation details (Optional).
