Types of Visa:

Visitor Visa:

Super Visa:

The term “Canada Super Visa” is used to refer to the Parent and Grandparent Super Visa of the Canadian government. The Super Visa for Canada allows the parents and grandparents of Canadian permanent residents and citizens to visit them in Canada for up to 2 years at a time.

 Tourists:

Super Visa allows an individual to stay for up to two years on each entry into Canada.

Do Indians need a visa for Canada?
Yes, it is mandatory for Indians to have a visa for visiting Canada.
In case of Canada tourist online visa application, how and when do I send my physical passport to get a visa on it?
Once you submit your application and pay the processing fees, you will be asked to give a biometric. You will have to pay the fees for this as well. Once this is done, you will be asked to send the passport, and any additional documents if required. You can submit them in person at a VAC (Visa Application Center).
Is there a visa on arrival in Canada for Indian Citizens?
No, as per the current rules Indians do not have the facility of Visa on Arrival for Canada. Therefore, it is mandatory for Indians to have a valid visa before arriving in Canada.
Once I enroll biometrics, how long will my fingerprints be valid?
As of July 31, 2018, biometrics are valid for ten years. If you enrolled your biometrics in the past, they are valid for ten years from the time of enrolment. Validity of your visa or permit cannot exceed the validity of biometrics.
Is an appointment required for submitting biometrics at the Canada Visa Application Centre?
Effective 02 November 2018, prior appointment is mandatory for Biometric Enrolment at the Canada Visa Application Centre in India.
Is the Parent and Grandparent super visa a multi-entry visa?
Yes, the super visa is a multi-entry visa. It allows multiple entries for up to 10 years.

What if my Canada Visa is Rejected?
If your Canada visa application is rejected, you can re-apply again anytime, provided that your rejection letter does not forbid you from re-applying. However, you can re-apply only if your situation has changed or you have additional information that may help you get a Canada visa approval.
Will I Get a Refund if my Canada Visa Application is Rejected?
Canada visa fees are non-refundable, even if your application is rejected. That’s because you’re paying a fee for the visa application to be processed, not for the visa itself.
